Position: Server
Reports to: General Manager

We are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and professional people to join our team. Our Servers know our menus inside and out. Servers must take pride in providing attentive, friendly, and sanitary service. We want every Guest to feel like family and create a positive experience to keep them coming back. We serve high-quality food and great drinks in a fun atmosphere. If you are willing to learn, we will teach you.

Our Management Team is hands-on and always willing to lend a hand or teach our team something new; most importantly, they will support you in ensuring all points of service are completed throughout the Guest s dining experience.

• Hospitality to our Guests:
  Understands our culture and takes steps to create a positive and memorable guest experience; guides guests through menus with thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients; provides food recommendations and addresses menu and service inquiries.
• Service execution:
  Takes accurate orders and partners with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests  expectations.
• Guest safety:
  Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring guests receive safe meals.
• Point of Sale:
  Properly enters all items served to guests at our POS; provides friendly and attentive service that encourages guests to return; provides accurate checks, processes payments, and completes transactions.
• Guest relations:
  Handles guest complaints by listening, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction; thanks guests as they leave and invites them to return.

• Arrives to work on time as scheduled, well-groomed in the proper work attire, and ready to work.
• Clocks in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude at all times towards guests and team members.
• Completes all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
• Follow proper cash-out/check-out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
• Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.

• Inspects restrooms, dining room, and wait area, cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment in the restaurant.

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Able to speak to the restaurant s story and mission statement.
• Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
