Busser

Overview

As a Busse, at Scarlet Oak Tavern you will be responsible for ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained. You will work closely with the restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service to our guests.

• Set up the dining area before service and prepare tables for guests.
• Clear tables of dishes and debris after guests have finished their meals.
• Clean and reset tables for new guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times, including wiping down tables and chairs.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Help with other tasks as assigned by the restaurant management team.

• Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
