Position Overview

We love fashion, but we love people even more. As a part‑time lead stylist you will lead by example to ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience and feels seen and connected. Our store mantra is “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!”.

Responsibilities

• Act through our HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
  Propel the HEART Styling Experience with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, exuding warmth and positive energy.
  Ring employee purchases correctly per company policy.
• Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART experience for all customers.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory coordination and merchandising standards.
• Drive results by contributing to sales with a minimum of $140 sales per square and $150 sales per hour.

Requirements

• Warm, friendly demeanor with a natural connector vibe.
  Fashion‑credible, up‑to‑date on current trends, willing to take fashion risks, early adopter of new styles, growth mindset.
