Assistant Manager - Derby Street Shoppes, Hingham, MA

Position Overview

As Assistant Manager you will partner with the Store Manager to ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience. You will embody our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART), leading by example and upholding store standards.

Responsibilities
  • Act and lead through HEART core values.
  • Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with HEART and the styling experience.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor and stay passionate about fashion and current trends.
  • Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager.
  • Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
  • Support operational excellence through daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment, and merchandising/visual standards.
  • Drive results through styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, outreach, and payroll management.
  • Maintain sales expectations of $20,000 per month.
  • Lead the Division of Responsibility based on volume group.

  • Prior retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
