As a Lead Painter - Painting Technician, your day begins by overseeing your team on job sites. In this leadership position, you will manage daily operations, ensuring that each job meets our quality standards and is completed on time. You will handle scheduling and task delegation as well as maintain clear communication with your team to ensure smooth project execution. No matter the task, you will always tackle it head-on, putting your leadership skills to good use.

• 1+ years of professional industry experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to perform and supervise all necessary job functions according to company standards
• Ability to use sprayers and power washers
• Knowledge of proper use of appropriate tools, equipment, ladders, safety equipment, and PPE
• Bilingual
