Fitness Trainer & Group Class Leader

• Perform fitness assessments that include vital signs.
• Prescribe appropriate exercise programs covering flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training.
• Educate and evaluate members on proper exercise techniques.
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of wellness programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe fitness area for members.
• Build strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them to stay physically active.

• Minimum of 1 year of fitness instruction experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Current lifeguard certification preferred.
• Personal Trainer certification required.
• Experience evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus.
