Split Teacher Position

Join Fr. Gerard Redmond Community Catholic School as a part-time Split Teacher for the  school year in Hinton, Alberta. This role includes teaching High School Social Studies and Foods, as well as Middle School Options.

As this part-time educator, you will focus on delivering lessons in Social Studies and culinary education across various grades. Candidates are expected to present an Alberta Teacher Certificate and a Verification of Teacher Qualifications Statement (TQS). Additionally, a detailed portfolio and a recent pastoral reference will be required during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach High School students in Social Studies

• Deliver Middle School Options including Foods

• Engage students effectively in the classroom

• Foster a positive and interactive learning space

• Sign the Faith Requirement Form as part of employment

Requirements:

• Must have an Alberta Teacher Certificate
