Serve members in Hinton as a part-time Member Experience Advisor, using customer service and financial transaction skills on-site.
Servus Credit Union seeks a Member Experience Advisor to support members working toward financial goals. You will complete banking transactions, identify needs, provide solutions or referrals, and contribute to branch growth objectives. The position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional service and build member trust
- Process cash and non-cash banking transactions
- Generate referrals for relevant products and services
- Resolve routine account problems and refer complex questions
- Apply safety, legal, privacy, and security procedures
- One year of customer service or administration experience
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education
- Good computer and communication skills
- Ability to organize, problem solve, and multitask
- Financial literacy, numerical aptitude, and accurate data entry
