Technical support expertise meets Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge’s mountain setting for an IT Specialist serving colleagues and end-users. Troubleshoot desktops, devices, and networks daily.
This IT Specialist provides vision and leadership supporting quality, efficiency, and superior service. The work covers hardware, software, connectivity, equipment deployment, asset records, support tickets, and onboarding. Hospitality operations understanding is advantageous for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely technical support to property colleagues and end-users
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Install and maintain computers, printers, devices, and peripherals
- Deploy equipment through imaging, drivers, and device configuration
- Track IT assets, tickets, licensing, and equipment access
- IT or related degree, diploma, or technical certification
- One to two years of hands-on IT support experience
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable approach
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
