As a Registered Nurse in this program, you’ll be mentored by experienced peers while learning to provide comprehensive patient care. The GNTPP involves two phases: the first phase focuses on personalized orientation, while the second gives you the confidence to practice independently. Requirements:

• Completion of accredited nursing education program

• Eligible for registration with the CRNA

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS-HCP)

• Graduated within 12 months of the anticipated start date

• Familiarity with UNA Letter of Understanding #29
