As a Keyholder at Pet Valu, you will help ensure excellent store execution while engaging directly with customers. This role requires experience in retail, customer service, and a strong knowledge of pet care. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve customers at the register and assist with sales

• Prepare merchandise orders and handle banking paperwork

• Stock shelves with items, focusing on pet supplies

• Maintain store cleanliness through dusting and sweeping

• Open and close the store, enforcing company policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in retail or customer service

• Proficient with POS systems

• Friendly and approachable customer service skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently

• Valid driver’s license may be required
