OverviewNue Beginnings Residence Home Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant referral documentation and coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently identify, coordinate and process incoming referrals
- Communicate clearly with Case Managers, Subcontractors, Team Leads, Senior Team Leads, and Administrative Staff
- Maintain accurate records in ARGO, eCase Notes, and other case management systems
- Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
- Proven experience in referral coordination or case management (required)
- Familiarity with ARGO, eCase Notes, or similar case management system platforms (requirement)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
