We are looking for dedicated professionals to oversee classroom activities, adhering to standards set by the GA Dept of Early Care and Learning and aligning with the current GA Pre‑K Curriculum. Your responsibilities include creating a nurturing environment, fostering strong bonds with families, designing and executing learning experiences across developmental areas, conducting regular assessments, and tailoring the curriculum to meet individual needs, including those with disabilities.
You will also uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring a secure and clean environment by following strict procedures for hygiene, food handling, illness management, and child supervision.
Requirements- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a Bachelor’s in another field plus an Associate’s Degree in ECE, a Technical College Diploma or Certificate in ECE, a Montessori Teaching Diploma accredited by MACTE, or a valid Preschool CDA credential, and be able to pass a background check.
- Have genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
- Be capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
