Job Scope:

- This position will control both the Spares and Kitting Operation from the entry of the Customer Order through to the shipping of the completed product

• Duties and Responsibilities

Spares

• This position will require liaison with the Aftermarket Sales Internal Sales Team confirming customer requirements for Spares orders, Warranty Orders with internal Sales & Intercompany with Sales Coordinator .
• Creation of Shop Floor Packet containing US21 Customer Order, Warehouse Picklist, Assembly Work Order Traveler and any other pertinent Paperwork.
• Control release of folder to Spare Parts Kitter.
• Ability to navigate SAP researching Bin Locations and open PO and WO status
• Maintain a visible log for all open Spares Orders showing Ship Dates vs current status
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department Buyers to establish Receipt Dates
• Coordinate with Expeditor to include orders in the Overview Report and schedule picking with Warehouse and any missing parts.
• Coordinate with Spare Parts Kitter for Order progress, missing parts etc.
• Coordinate with Receiving Department to ensure transfer of picked items to Prod.
• Liaison with shipping to determine completion

Kits

• This position will require liaison with the Production Scheduler to ensure kitting completion dates are coordinated with assembly completion dates to provide total OTD.
• Creation of Shop Floor Packet containing US21 Customer Order, Warehouse Picklist, Assembly Work Order Traveler and any other pertinent Paperwork.
• Control release of folder to Kit Kitter.
• Ability to navigate SAP researching Bin Locations and open PO and WO status
• Maintain a visible log for all open Kit Orders showing Ship Dates vs current status
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department Buyers to establish Receipt Dates

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator
• High organization requirement to meet customer deadlines
• Capable of working under pressure through prioritization.
• SAP Knowledge to produce documentation, update status, determine locations
• TQM understanding to streamline Supply Chain for Order Satisfaction
• Process driven to ensure compliance to the procedure ( no shortcuts )
• Excel skills to compile data analyze and produce KPI’s
