Agape Hospice Care in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care for hospice patients in their homes and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Coverage includes Powder Springs, Dallas, Hiram, Austell and Mableton areas.
You will perform assessments, develop and adjust the plan of care, educate patients and families, and participate in on-call coverage to ensure compassionate end‑of‑life care.
