Registered Nurse – Acute Care, Post Surgical & Telemetry

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment aligned with evidence-based standards and organizational policies.

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver evidence-based care.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.
• Coordinate and document safe patient care, promoting teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a respectful clinical environment.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities to enhance care quality and safety.
• Support professional development by completing required education, mentoring, and serving as a preceptor.
• Advocate for evidence-based practice, contribute to protocol development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Proactively plan patient care across the continuum, optimize resource use, and support system policies.

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience with direct patient care preferred.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state) required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment.
