Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Join Sam’s Club’s freezer, cooler and deli team as a Stocker Associate. You will keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide customer service. Your work supports operations that keep our fresh food ready for members.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr

• Ensure high-quality products are available for members.
• Maintain clean shelves, proper temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower-quality foods.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and member‑ready area.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting and hazardous material procedures, and report unsafe situations.
• Support the sales floor: zone area, receive and stock merchandise, clean and organize displays, handle claims and returns, label and price items, complete audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote company products and services.
• Comply with food‑handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures, and monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains and doors.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

• Experience stocking and customer service in a warehouse or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Adaptable to changing work scenarios and comfortable with work processes.
• Knowledge of food safety, cold‑chain handling and sanitation practices.
