Job Summary
Bancroft Medical Centre is seeking a like-minded Salaried GP to join our friendly, innovative, and supportive practice for 4 to 6 sessions per week. We are passionate about job satisfaction and ensuring variety in the working day. For the right candidate, we are open to discussing an expanded job plan that incorporates leadership or developmental roles alongside core clinical duties, such as prescribing, safeguarding, quality improvement, research, or developing a special interest.
ResponsibilitiesThe role will involve undertaking aspects of triage, telephone consultations, face‑to‑face consultations, home visits, and contributing to our Quality Outcomes Framework. GP appointments are 15 minutes as standard, supported by the Acute In Hours Visiting Service for emergency, unplanned visits.
Role Requirements- Delivers safe, compassionate, high‑quality clinical care
- Is a fully qualified GP with GMC registration and on the NHSE performers list
- Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable
- Has an interest in wider practice responsibilities (e.g., prescribing, safeguarding, QI, research, education, or specialist interests)
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and on the NHSE performers list
- Salary: £10,800 to £11,600 per session, dependent on experience
