We have a large community therapy team across several localities within East and North Hertfordshire who work with a variety of different patients. We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our forward thinking and innovative team to continue to provide excellent rehabilitation to patients within their home environment.

This post is part time and is a 9 months maternity cover to commence after 1 May 2026. The service runs 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm at weekends; the post holder will be expected to contribute to the weekend rota. Travel costs are covered in line with our Travel and Expenses policy.

• To be part of an integrated health and social care team. Provide clinical leadership and support to the multidisciplinary team in providing care to avoid inappropriate admissions to hospital and to support hospital discharge.
• To provide assessments and treatment for vulnerable patients with potentially complex needs and support patient‑led goal working within the community.

• Registered Physiotherapist (alignment with local NHS requirements).
• Valid full driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
• Flexible working arrangements and willingness to travel across East and North Hertfordshire.
