HR Generalist
12-month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid | Hertfordshire
Location: Hertfordshire (commutable from Luton, Stevenage, Letchworth, Cambridge, Bedford)
Working pattern: Hybrid 3 days per week in the office
Salary: Up to £48,000 plus 25 days holiday
A well-established organisation based near Stevenage is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on an initial 12‑month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role will see you providing comprehensive generalist HR support across the UK workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Providing HR advice and support to managers, including guidance on HR processes and employment law
- Managing employee relations matters end to end
- Supporting performance management processes
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives
