Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their production team. The role involves inspecting, testing, and validating components to ensure compliance with defined quality and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Inspect and verify parts using precision measurement equipment

* Operate and program CMM / laser tracking systems

* Perform product testing in line with specifications

* Participate in root cause and corrective action activities (8D, A3)

* Complete and maintain quality documentation including PPAP, Control Plans, Process Maps, and FMEAs

Key Requirements

* Experience in quality inspection within an engineering or manufacturing environment

* Working knowledge of PPAP, 8D, A3, and quality improvement tools

* Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements

* Analytical, structured approach to problem solving

* Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings clearly

* Competent with standard Microsoft Office
