Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire

Salary: £34,000-£36,000 basic + £24k OTE

Position: Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established house builder on a high-quality residential development in a prime, central Hitchin location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident working independently and can take ownership of the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.

• 27 homes in total
• Mix of 3 & 4-bedroom houses
• Traditional build
• Highly desirable, central Hitchin location
• Within walking distance of Hitchin town centre
• Main buyer profile expected to include downsize rs and local families

As the sole Sales Executive on site, you will have real ownership of the development and will be responsible for driving sales from launch through to completion.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in new homes sales
• Comfortable working single-handedly on site
• Confident managing the entire sales process
• Proactive, commercially minded and target-driven
• Excellent at building relationships with buyers and understanding their needs
• Organised and capable of managing multiple sales through to completion
• Confident dealing with reservations, negotiations, sales progression and customer queries
• Ideally experienced selling to a mix of local families and downsize rs

• £34,000-£36,000 basic salary + OTE
