Registered Veterinary Nurse - 12-months FTC

Berry House Vets, Hitchin, is looking for a friendly and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our supportive and experienced team on a 12-month fixed‑term contract.

As an RVN at Berry House, you’ll be involved in a variety of nursing duties including patient care, nurse clinics, theatre work, and supporting a wide range of treatments and procedures. Our nurses are encouraged to use their full potential and make the most of the advanced equipment available, including laparoscopy, digital X‑ray (including dental), multiparameter monitoring, and Phovia.

• Full‑time, 40 hours per week
• Shift patterns: 7:30–16:00, 8:00–16:30, 10:00–18:30, with occasional duty shifts 15:00–21:45
• Weekends: 1 in 7 – 9:00–15:00 and 8:30–12:30
• No out‑of‑hours calls; reception staff cover opening hours

The practice is just five minutes from the mainline station to London and ten minutes from the bustling High Street.
