Position Overview:

The Senior Staff Accountant will ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and developing and following quality control functions over financial transactions.

• Manages month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and various reporting functions
• Revenue recognition review & make necessary adjustments for close
• Research / investigate accounts, maintains and reconciles balance sheet accounts, and conduct variance analysis
• Preparation of financial statements
• Participates in development and review of annual operating budgets
• Assists in quarterly, interim and year-end external/internal audits
• Assists in ad hoc requests as needed

• A Bachelor/Masters in accounting; CPA or CMA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and 5 years in total accounting experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• SAP or similar ERP experience is strongly preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience / advanced formula knowledge
• Power
  
  BI (Microsoft Data Visualization) or similar experience strongly preferred
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range*: $80,000.00 to $92,000.00

* The salary offered to a candidate isbased on several factors including but not limited tothecandidate’s skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity.
