Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $92,000.00/yr

The Senior Staff Accountant will ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and developing and following quality control functions over financial transactions.
Responsibilities- Manages month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and various reporting functions
- Revenue recognition review & make necessary adjustments for close
- Research / investigate accounts, maintains and reconciles balance sheet accounts, and conduct variance analysis
- Preparation of financial statements
- Participates in development and review of annual operating budgets
- Assists in quarterly, interim and year-end external/internal audits
- Assists in ad hoc requests as needed
- A Bachelor/Masters in accounting; CPA or CMA preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and 5 years in total accounting experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- SAP or similar ERP experience is strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience / advanced formula knowledge
- Power
BI (Microsoft Data Visualization) or similar experience strongly preferred - Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
