We are looking for a motivated team player to join our Purchasing Department.
Ideal Candidate- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

The Buyer’s Assistant provides support and administration to the Purchasing Department.
- Works within the purchasing department in support of various administrative tasks.
- Assists the buyer in placing purchase orders, including evaluating requisitions/requirements.
- Follows up to confirm orders and deliveries.
- Responds to emergency requests.
- Resolves discrepancies and works with vendors to return incorrect or defective material.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
- Team‑oriented and collaborative.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
