  : 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
• Advanced Surgical Resources
  :
  Two da Vinci® robots and dedicated OR block time
• Robust Volume
  : 550–750 annual deliveries across the group
• Streamlined Workflow
  :
  Epic EMR and full clinical support team (NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs)
• Practice Autonomy
  :
  High degree of independence within a collegial, team-based setting

• Competitive Salary: $400K–$420K depending on experience
• Quality and productivity bonuses, 600K earning potential
• $50K bonus plus residency stipend available
• Comprehensive benefits package including:
