Monday Friday, standard clinic hours On-Call Expectations: 1:10 rotation

Adults (Family Medicine may also see Pediatrics and Geriatrics) Average Daily Volume / Census: 2026 patients per day Consults & Follow-Ups:

Preventive care, chronic disease management, general internal medicine, and family practice FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS EMR System:
Epic fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII Specialty Backup:
Collegial system physicians and subspecialty support Support Staff:
Multidisciplinary team with APPs, nurses, and support staff Leadership & Reporting Structure:

Certifications:
