Hobart, Indiana Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Hobart, Indiana. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages (Family Medicine) or adults (Internal Medicine)
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic health conditions

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Indiana Strong communication, diagnostic, and clinical skills
