Monday Friday, standard clinic hours - On-Call Expectations: 1:10 rotation
- Start Date:
Upon completion of credentialing (90120 days) PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE - Patient Demographics:
Adults (Family Medicine may also see Pediatrics and Geriatrics) - Average Daily Volume / Census: 2026 patients per day

Preventive care, chronic disease management, general internal medicine, and family practice FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS - EMR System:
Epic fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII - Specialty Backup:
Collegial system physicians and subspecialty support - Support Staff:
Multidisciplinary team with APPs, nurses, and support staff - Leadership & Reporting Structure:
