• Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with vital signs, mobility, and transfers
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff
• Engage with residents to promote socialization and a sense of community
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive and quality care

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
