* We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and

* * Registered Veterinary Technician
* to join our fast-paced, collaborative emergency team. This role is ideal for an RVT who thrives in a dynamic environment, maintains professionalism under pressure, and is committed to high-quality patient care.
* About the Role
* As an RVT in our 24/7 emergency and walk-in clinic, you will play a critical role in patient care, supporting doctors and fellow technicians while contributing to a respectful, supportive, and solution-focused workplace culture.
* Responsibilities Include:
* * Assisting with emergency and walk-in cases in a fast-paced setting
* Monitoring, managing and inducing anesthesia
* Assisting with surgery and performing dentistry procedures
* Performing technical nursing skills with accuracy, compassion, and attention to detail
* Maintaining a positive, professional attitude during high-stress and emotionally challenging situations
* Communicating respectfully and effectively with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and support staff
* Collaborating as a team player to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient care
* Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records
* Providing compassionate patient and client care, even under pressure
* Qualifications:
* * Registered Veterinary Technician (must be licensed in the state of Indiana)
* Experience or strong interest in emergency medicine preferred
* Knowledge of anesthesia, surgery, and dentistry
* Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Dependable, punctual, adaptable, and solution-oriented
* Ability to remain calm, supportive, and positive in a fast-paced emergency environment
* Shift Expectations:
* * Day shifts, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Schedule may include rotating or flexible shifts to support 24/7 operations
