Location: Dhanani Group Inc, Burger King Franchise (multiple locations)

Reporting to: Restaurant General Manager

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop Servant Leaders—put people and the restaurant first.
  • Create memorable experiences so guests return.
  • Administration—balance high‑quality employee/guest experience with financial goals.
  • Welcome new team members and provide training.
  • Lead inspiring team huddles.
  • Ensure ongoing training and coaching.
  • Build shift supervisors’ capability and prepare them for next level.
  • Thank the team and celebrate success.
  • Coach brand service behaviors—train, observe, provide feedback.
  • Monitor Speed of Service and guest expectations.
  • Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant.
  • Ensure product quality and operations standards.
  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans for guest metrics.
  • Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC.
  • Maintain accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
  • Review inventory efficiencies for product orders.
  • Evaluate and implement cost controls.
  • Monitor people charts and production planning, make necessary adjustments.
  • Create and monitor the schedule; manage onboarding.
  • Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1‑2 years supervisory experience.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Fast‑paced workplace experience.
  • Effective communication with guests and team.
