Rymco LLC, an authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless, is seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team across our retail locations. • Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive store performance through effective management and hands‑on leadership.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required).
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required).
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred).
• Language:
  English (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work retail hours:
  Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM;
  Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change).
