Our model allows you to focus entirely on orthodontics while our experienced team handles administrative tasks, insurance paperwork, and office operations. Each clinic is staffed with efficient receptionists and knowledgeable dental assistants, giving you the support needed to deliver high-quality treatment and maintain a smooth schedule. We proudly use top quality pre-pasted brackets, wires, and other materials (3M/Solventum). Every clinic includes a digital Pan/Ceph machine paired with Apteryx imaging software for accurate diagnostics and streamlined workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Earning potential of $500,000+ for full-time employment
  • $1,350+/per day
  • +$100 per banding
  • 2 weeks paid vacation (full-time)
  • Travel and lodging costs paid

  • Relocation/sign-on bonus up to $10,000

Responsibilities
  • Examines, diagnoses, and provides treatment counseling to patients in a comprehensive manner.
  • Directs Dental Assistants and other auxiliary personnel.
Qualifications
  • Preference is for an Orthodontist with 3-5 years of experience. Will consider a new graduate with a long-term orientation.
  • DDS or DMD Degree
  • Specialty Certificate
