Are you passionate about helping children and families navigate the challenges of Autism Spectrum Disorder? Frontera Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dynamic team.
What You'll Do- Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
- Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
- Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
- Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.
- You're passionate about helping children and families.
- You're a natural communicator and enjoy building relationships.
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.
- You're eager to learn and grow.
- Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
- College enrollment or degree preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
