Physical Therapist - Outpatient at Switch4 LLC.
Role OverviewFull-time, day shift, FTE/Permanent position in outpatient setting.
LocationHobbs, New Mexico
Job DescriptionThe practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication, and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, the physical therapist shall work independently without direct supervision.
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- New Mexico Physical Therapist License - New Mexico Physical Therapy Board upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only):
Degree from accredited program. - 2 years of experience in rehabilitation.
