- Provide inpatient pharmacy services in an acute care hospital
- Support medication verification, dispensing, and clinical services
- Participate in on-call coverage during scheduled work rotation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
- Acute care inpatient pharmacy experience required
- Active pharmacist license (state requirements apply)
- Ability to work every other weekend
- On-call availability during 7-day on rotation (negotiable)
- No floating between units
- Short-term acute care hospital
- 61 staffed beds
