Starting salary is shown as part of a Total Rewards package; base salary is based on knowledge, skills, and experience.

• Sort linens according to type.
• Prepare linens for delivery to off-site laundry.
• Weigh linens to ensure maximum efficiency for wash loads.
• Load and unload washers and dryers once cycles are complete.
• Ensure proper wash cycles and drying times for items that require drying.
• Prepare towels for feeding into the towel folder and maintain edge alignment.
• Stock closets and complete special cleaning projects as assigned by Housekeeping Management.
• Separate damaged or stained linen for proper storage.
• Record towel counts when loading onto metro-carts and ensure counts are cleared from the machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry area by sweeping, mopping, and wiping equipment; remove lint from dryer screens daily.
• Sign in and out for keys, radios, or pagers as required.
• Wear safety equipment and follow all safety rules related to machinery operation.
• Report malfunctions to the Housekeeping Manager and participate in departmental trainings and meetings as directed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and gaming laws; perform duties safely and keep areas clean and free of hazards.
• Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements; comply with reasonable requests for productivity.

• High school diploma or GED or a minimum of three months related experience.
• Ability to read, interpret documents, and communicate effectively with team members and guests; ability to respond via pager.
• Strong mathematical ability to calculate figures and amounts as needed.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems.
• Must be able to qualify for licenses or permits as required by local, state, or federal law.

• Regularly stand, walk, handle objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift up to 75 pounds.
• Eyesight requirements include near, far, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Frequent exposure to fumes; loud noise levels.
• Outdoors work and exposure to inclement, hot, and cold weather conditions.
