Competitive Pay & Career GrowthOur Operator I position base pay starts at $89,000. We provide a structured career progression based on skills, experience and performance with advancement available to Operator II and Operator III roles.
Work ScheduleOperators work two‑week hitches (14 consecutive days), with 12‑hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. When you're off‑shift during your hitch, you're free to eat, sleep, relax, and handle your personal time, just be ready to respond quickly if an issue comes up. Overtime may be required.
LocationThis role is based in the Southeast region of New Mexico. Free housing is provided for Operators that choose to stay on site during their hitch.
