Hobbs client is seeking a Tubing Line & Crane Line Installer Trainee
Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated Tubing Line & Crane Line Installer Trainee to join our team. This is an on-the-job training position designed for individuals who are eager to learn the installation, assembly, and inspection processes of tubing line and crane line products. Successful candidates will receive hands‑on training in both production and shop operations, with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Learn the proper installation and assembly of tubing lines and crane lines.
- Assist experienced team members with production, fabrication, and shop operations.
- Learn product specifications, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
- Safely operate tools and equipment used in the installation process.
- Perform material handling, loading, unloading, and inventory support as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support other shop and production duties as assigned.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills through hands‑on training.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in a shop and manufacturing environment.
