Gentiva Hospice is seeking an After Hours/On-Call Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in the evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will respond to patient needs, coordinate with the hospice team, and ensure continuity of care in patients' homes or facilities.
You will report to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager Senior and document visits, while maintaining strong clinical judgment in emotionally intense settings. A valid NM RN license and CPR are required.
