Desert Springs Health in Hobbs, NM is seeking a full-time Registered Charge Nurse for the 6PM-6AM shift to lead resident care and direct nursing staff. The RN will develop the plan of care and collaborate with physicians, therapists and CNAs to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
Graduate of an approved LVN program with licensure in the state is required. Minimum 2 years of SNF nursing experience preferred. We offer health, dental and life insurance along with equal employment opportunities.
