As a Quality Control Technician you are a critical part of a highly international manufacturing team, specifically responsible for ensuring every PCBA functions flawlessly before assembly. This role performs visual, electrical and mechanical inspections and quality checks to ensure that all hardware used in ICEYE satellite missions meets defined quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Embedded within the Logistics and QC Department, you will work in a clean area with ESD sensitive devices and classified information, operating test stations and high precision equipment, verifying electronic board assemblies, performing visual inspections, troubleshooting failed tests and providing immediate feedback to prevent defects from moving down the assembly line.
You will support the implementation of inspection plans by conducting inspections during receiving, ensuring that all components and subsystems conform to requirements. Working closely with Production, AIT Engineering, Mission Assurance and Supply Chain, you will identify defects early, prevent quality escapes, and maintain compliance with space-grade standards.
