Job Description

A Dishwasher / General Utility at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar. Responsible for maintaining a clean back‑of‑house, working efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment. Must be at least 16 years old, able to communicate effectively, and committed to making an impact.

• Keep the kitchen and back‑of‑house areas clean and organized.
• Assist with general utility duties as needed.
• Follow health and safety procedures.
• Communicate clearly with team members.

• Minimum age 16.
• Good communicator and team player.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain stationary for up to four hours.
• Comfortable working in hot, damp conditions and using disinfectants.
• Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift.

Must have the ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Work frequently in a hot and damp environment. Possession of finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment. Ability to wear protective hand coverings, work with disinfectant cleaning supplies, wear protective face coverings or masks, and frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
