As an Applebee’s Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages so that you and the servers can deliver the best drink possible. You should be friendly to both staff and customers, create fantastic drinks according to established standards, and help create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it.

You must be at least 21 years old (per state law), be able to effectively communicate with others, and be committed to making an impact.

Physical and work standards
:
The health, safety and well-being of our employees is our top priority. Responsibilities include remaining stationary and maintaining mobility for up to four hours, reaching, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, transporting plates, glasses and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar and kitchen (approximately 30 trips per shift, depending on business flow), speaking clearly and listening attentively, wearing protective hand coverings, working with disinfectant cleaning supplies, and wearing protective face coverings and/or masks.

Frequent hand washing is required throughout the shift.
