Account Executive

The Account Executive will drive sales growth for Shamrock Foods Company by representing our products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments on a commission basis.

• Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
• Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer’s business.
• Impact customer success through:
• Supporting customer menu engineering.
• Supporting food cost analysis to reduce waste and improve profitability.
• Consuming and sharing market intelligence and industry trends.
• Conducting product demonstration and comparisons at customer facilities.
• Facilitating demonstrations of our capabilities to support the customer.
• Sharing new product innovation through Shamrock resources.
• Building multi‑level relationships in the businesses we serve.
• Keeping accounts current; optimizing sales, service, delivery, and collecting past‑due balances.
• Leveraging technology for improved customer efficiency and experience.
• Participating in ongoing training to continuously develop skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in on‑going training to continuously develop skills.

• HS Diploma and/or GED required;
  Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in culinary, restaurant operations, food service, or related fields preferred.
• Previous successful sales experience a plus.
• Current driver’s license.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort using technology and analyzing customer data.
• Knowledgeable about industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
