- Multifamily to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks at an on-site multifamily community. You will address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems, while coordinating with the Property Manager to prepare units for new residents.
The role requires on-call availability, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to resident satisfaction and safety.
