Position Summary:

Walmart Connect, the advertising network arm for Walmart, is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, ad tech partners, and agencies. Our full‑funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart’s in‑store and online data to build brand awareness, engage consumers, and convert them into shoppers. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self‑service, these solutions help businesses grow.

Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager, Partner Benefits to build strategy and oversee the execution of Walmart Connect Partner Incentives and Joint Business Plans. You’ll contribute to a high‑caliber team in a rapidly growing environment, demonstrating performance in a constantly changing, ambiguous setting with limited oversight.

• Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches.
• Coordinate with other teams, prioritizing their involvement, needs, and activation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues to develop benefits that raise the bar on joint business plans and strengthen partner relationships.
• Lead discovery sessions internally and externally to determine partner needs for mutually beneficial benefit and incentive creation.
• Design, manage, and optimize incentive programs to motivate and reward partner performance.
• Work with broader business teams to ensure alignment with strategies and approaches.
• Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics day‑to‑day and in quarterly business review format.
• Identify trends and evolving needs, developing programmatic tools and resources to improve efficiency.

• Knowledge of advertising, ad tech, retail, and partnerships.
• Ability to develop and achieve alignment for strategic plans in new spaces.
• Ability to translate complexity into succinct action plans and communications.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with peers and managers.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
• BA/BS with excellent academic performance (or equivalent experience).
• Deep passion for building great products, startups, developer/partner ecosystem, and the business of innovation.
• Experience working with large datasets.
