• DesignannualJBPframeworks,tiers,eligibility criteria,investment thresholds,andbenefitpackagesacrossmarkets.
• Partner with Finance,Legal,Product,andbenefitownersonfunding,approvals,contracts,and delivery.
• Createsellertraining,pitch materials,playbooks,andtoolsthatsimplifyexecution.
• Supportmarketteamsthroughadvertiserpitches,negotiations,andclose.
• Govern exceptions,approvals,andbenefitliabilities.
• Own signings,pacing,commitments,andprogramreporting.
• Identify at-riskcommitmentsandpartnerwithmarketsonaccelerationorreductionactions.
• Useperformancedataandmarketfeedbacktocontinuouslyevolvetheprogram.

• 6–10+yearsofexperienceinsalesstrategy,JBP,partnerships,commercial operations,orrelatedroles.
• Experiencedesigningormanagingadvertiserorpartnerinvestmentprogramsatscale.
• Strongunderstandingofdigitaladvertising,retail media,eCommerce,andmarketplacebusinesses.
• Commercialprogramdesign,deal structuring,andnegotiationexpertise.
• Analyticalrigortoevaluatebenefitcosts,pacing,andrevenueimpact.
• Strong cross-functionalleadershipacross
